“Where do we begin. Micayla was an absolute gem to work with, yet again! My now husband and I hired Micayla to take sunrise maternity photos on a small beach in Georgetown, ME on 4.3.21. One month prior to our scheduled shoot we decided, “let’s get married that day, just us!”…and so it began. Our plan suddenly morphed into an elopement maternity session. I proposed (pun intended?!) our wild idea to Micayla and she didn’t skip a beat! With zero hesitation she helped us hone in on the details and we pulled it all off. 

What a spectacular morning we had. Magical, if you will. The sun rising, the moon still bright in the gradient sky, the ocean calm and glass-like. Micayla captured the most breathtaking photos - the kind of photos we are still in awe of 10 months later and will be for years to come. AND despite the 20 degree April morning, she managed to document the magic, our love and my precious baby-bump without being able to tell we were trembling from the cold. 

Micayla is spontaneous, bursting with contagious energy, professional and talented all wrapped into one. This review doesn’t do it justice.
